If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.
Return of Merchandise Purchased Online
We do not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.
To receive your refund to your original payment method, your online return must be initiated within 14 days of the order shipment date. After 14 days of your order shipment date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Upon submitting your online return or exchange, you will receive a return label via email. For returns, a fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund if you use the label that is emailed to you. If you use your own return carrier you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
*All tags must be attached to items in order to receive a refund or exchange.
